Deterrence & Mitigation

We are experts in producing interventions that aim to deter or mitigate insider risk within government agencies and critical infrastructure industry. We leverage cutting-edge behavioral and technical sciences to encourage meaningful behavior change in a reusable and tangible format, without reliance upon ineffective rote training and learning methods. We produce deterrence tools and mitigations proactively by using our wide and deep network to identify common problems that are emergent in the field. We also produce interventions in response to individual Insider Threat/Risk Programs bringing a specific problem in search of a data-driven solution. Deterrence tools and mitigations are aimed at a range of insider risk problems and audiences including potential insiders, benign employees, supervisors, and management.
